Welcome to CPD-Academy

Leading and managing a modern health system requires training beyond technical knowledge. 
Specifically, it requires practical knowledge, skills sets and proficiency in the Leadership, Management and Governance processes and practices. Unfortunately, many health managements teams have limited capacity and experience of fulfilling a management role.
The  CPD Academy is online self-study educational platform created by the Initiative for Health Accountability and Transparency, a Non-Government Organization to provide  learning resources for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) of Health Professionals on Leadership, Management and Governance.  
ALL categories of health professionals at ALL levels have remarkable stake in leadership and management role and are targeted for Leadership, Management and Governance development by the Academy. 
CPD Academy is maintaining exceptional standards and multiple accreditations to meet the needs for Continuing Professional Education through the Regulatory Institutions such as the:

1. Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) 
2. Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN)
3. Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) 
4. Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)
5. Environment Health Officers Registration Council of Nigeria (EHORCON)
6. Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN)

In addition, we are collaborating with a Technical Agency and Consulting firm, Integrated Healthcare Strategies and Analytics Limited in the development and Implementation of our Training Programmes.
